Registration Instructions
Registrations must be completed through the website by the event date.
Each registration includes:
- Submission of up to two papers;
- Event materials folder;
- Name badge;
- Access to Lectures, Plenary Sessions, Panels, and other congress activities, both technical and social.
- Welcome reception, coffe-breaks and lunches
Payments can be made via credit card. Brazilian citizens can pay via bank slip or credit card. Payment by the site may be made up to 5 days before the event. After this date, registrations will still be accepted, but payments must be made directly at the Congress Secretariat.
Cancellation Policy
- A full refund will be issued for requests made up to 60 days before the event.
- A 50% refund will be granted for requests made up to 30 days before the event.
- No refunds will be provided for requests made 29 days or less before the event.
Cancellation requests must be sent via email to: abcadm@abceram.org.br.

Important Information
Registration will only be confirmed upon submission of the Commitment Note before the event begins. The document can be sent via email to abcrec@abceram.org.br or presented at the Congress Secretariat.
Institutions with outstanding financial commitments related to previous commitment notes must settle their debts before registering. ABCERAM reserves the right to deny new registrations if outstanding payments are not cleared.
